By accessing or using Prompt Optimizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Optimizer is an AI-powered tool that rewrites and improves prompts for use with third-party AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.

3. Free & Paid Plans

The free tier offers up to 10 optimizations per day with no account required. Paid plans (Creator Pro, Agency, Enterprise) provide higher credit allowances and access to Marketplace prompt packs. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the policies of third-party AI platforms. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any prompts you submit. The optimized outputs are yours to use freely. Prompt Optimizer retains all rights to the Service, its design, codebase, and prompt engineering methodology.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Optimizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or its outputs. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of optimized prompts for any particular purpose.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
