1. What We Collect

When you use Prompt Optimizer without an account, we collect no personal information. If you sign in, we collect your email address to authenticate you and sync your history. For paid plans, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely to send magic-link sign-in emails and important account notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Prompts you submit are processed to generate optimized outputs and are not used to train AI models.

3. Prompt Data

Prompts submitted to the Service are sent to our backend and passed to an AI language model to generate optimized outputs. Prompts are not stored unless you explicitly save them to your library. We do not log or retain prompt content beyond the duration of a session.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your session token and preferences (such as your selected AI model). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (e.g. which AI model tab is most used) to improve the product. This data cannot be linked to any individual user.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored in browser local storage and are invalidated on sign-out. We do not store passwords — authentication is passwordless via magic links.
